Where do you ship to?

United kingdom only, unless otherwise discussed with me first

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time is AFTER the current turnaround time, once shipped from me royal mail 48 is on average 3-5 days, royal mail 24 is mostly next day but sometimes the day after.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has left me, you should recieve a tracking email or text from royal mail.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Returns are not accepted due to hygiene purposes. If your item arrives damaged please contact me immediately to resolve the issue.
